August 29, 2005I haven’t seen the light since the day I came, checking the date on my PC just right now, I haven’t seen the sun nor breathed the fresh air for four days. Its too hot outside for sure, not to mention humid so there is no way I can open the window and the sight isn’t that pretty to at least remove the curtains. Oh well…
Limited physical activity+lack of fresh air+social and economical stress= insomnia=depression
