it tickles at first to apply on the upper eyelid.. bas if you hold your hand still and move your head instead.. that’s the way it works for me.. i look like an idiot while applying.. bas b3den you’ll be amazed of how your eyes look!!

I love powder eyeliner … The pencil doesn’t work for me … it seems i have an allergic reaction to it …and thanks for the tip :p
